Michael Kuester is an aerospace engineer living in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born in Sharon, Pennsylvania in 1985, Michael was fascinated by space and science fiction from an early age, and grew up reading the works of such notable sci-fi authors as Arthur C. Clarke, Isaac Asimov, and Frank Herbert, all of whom served as influences for his work.
His love for science fiction stems from a firm belief that the genre serves as the most powerful literary force for social activism, by presenting readers with a future influenced by the decisions we make today.
Kuester has written a number of short fiction pieces, including Going Dark and Focus. He is currently working on his third novel, Dawn of the Pioneers.
